A record week bonus is awarded to a salon when it has surpassed their record sales for that week.

Staff members receive up to 1% of the record week sales based on their contributions for the week.

How the Bonus (1%) is calculated:
How the Bonus (1%) is calculated:
● Stylists who worked 40 plus hours that week will receive 100% of the bonus.
● Stylists who worked 30-39 hours that week will receive 75% of the bonus.
● Stylists who worked 20-29 hours that week will receive 50% of the bonus.
● Stylists who worked 7- 19 hours that week will receive 25% of the bonus.
● Stylists working less than 7 hours that week will receive 10% of the bonus.
● Receptionists will receive 1/2 of the stylist bonus based on the hours worked.
